Each game has a different detection mechanism, and it can change at any time. Please inform us which game you are playing before flashing.
All DMA firmware comes with a 30-day warranty. If your firmware is detected during the warranty period, we will refresh the firmware for free!
The firmware flashing operation will be performed on a secondary machine.
After flashing the firmware, the secondary machine must not have its operating system reinstalled, the machine code modified, or any hardware changed without permission!!!
If the firmware becomes invalid due to personal reasons (such as reinstalling/resetting the system, modifying the machine code, or changing hardware on the secondary machine), you will need to pay for a firmware rewrite, as this is not covered under warranty.
Firmware Flashing Steps
- Disconnect the Type-C data cable from the data port on the back of the DMA motherboard and plug it into the programming port.
- Download and install the TeamViewer (Host* or QuickSupport)remote software on the main/secondary machine.
- Send the remote code and password from the main/secondary machine to customer service. Please manually copy, edit, and send the information; screenshots will not be accepted. The format should be as shown in the image below:
- Wait for the technician to remotely perform the flashing operation.
